Boot Camp
Boot Camps utilize Functional Athletic Training (F.A.T.) to provide
participants with a systematic, progressive exercise program that
works! F.A.T. views the body as one unit in which all parts move
synergistically. Instead of just training the muscles of the body,
F.A.T. trains the movements of the body. Boot camps will focus on
three main areas of fitness development:

▪▪▪Core - Muscles in the abdominal region and lower back. Important
for stabilization of your spine and transfer of power between the
upper and lower portions of your body.
▪▪▪Body Control/Stability - Shoulder & hip muscles that
are vital to keeping the body stable, allowing you to move efficiently
in all planes of motion.
▪▪▪Anaerobic Power - Muscle strength and strong heart/lung function
that enable you to create a high level of force rapidly over and
over again.
