60-minute class focused on varied, functional movements. The length and style of the workouts change everyday and are easily tailored to each member, creating the ideal program for reaching your fitness goals, regardless of age, ability or fitness level.*

60-minute cardio focused workout. These classes incorporate at least one monostructural, metabolic conditioning movement (ie: running, rowing, etc.) combined with body weight movements, geared specifically at increasing endurance and cardiovascular strength.

30-minute, high-energy class utilizing body weight movements and lightweight equipment to get you in shape and out of the gym even on your busiest days. Our signature class is the perfect way to start your fitness journey or to supplement any of our other programs.

Program focused on power lifts, Olympic lifts and accessory movements at a much slower pace than our other classes, allowing the member to focus on technique and an increased load under the guidance of our experienced coaches.

Four day introductory small group class, teaching members to safely and effectively perform the variety of exercises utilized in our CrossFit workouts. Upon graduating from this program members will be prepared to participate in our CrossFit program.*

Are you 40+? Embrace active aging and take control of the physical and psychological impact getting older has on your quality of life. We have special training to tailor workouts and give specific attention to our members 40 years and older.
