Kids: 3 (Ages: 6, 4 & 9 months) # of SF Classes: 3-4 per week "With three kids and almost a full time job I don’t have much time for myself. Staying healthy and fit is important. I can justify the time away from my family by devoting it to something as significant as health. And sanity. I NEED to exercise and see all the great people at the gym to get away from the daily routine to keep my mental health in check. Plus my two oldest love coming with me to the gym. It’s a treat to them. My oldest Anna has been asking for quite some time if she can start working out with me and a couple of months ago she actually joined the gym. She is doing amazing and I couldn’t be happier that my decision to daily exercise has become the voice in her head."

I did CrossFit from 2011-2014 - it was the best results I've had at attempting a healthier lifestyle. Other than the standard response of trying to live a healthier lifestyle, it's just convenient for my schedule. My aforementioned schedule makes it difficult for me to make it to evening classes, nor do I have the desire after a long day. I regularly attend the 7am class and I like the smaller class size most of all. I am able to get in and get to work quickly and get out in a timely fashion, then get my day started. So the class time works great for me and the 1 on 1 nature of the class I attend is great."

It’s amazing to see myself do things that I felt were impossible last year. The coaches push and challenge you, and I always walk out feeling better than I did the previous day."

I like the family I created here and the mission that everyone is trying to be their better selves. I enjoy seeing everyone succeed and get better. I continue to come to gym to prove to my dad if I can make time for gym, he can make time to quit smoking cigarettes. I have a lot of people looking up to me family and friends wise I just want to lead by good example."

Kids: 2 (Ages: 19 & 21) # of SF Classes: 3-4 per week "Although my primary focus right now is ultra-running (marathons, 50k and 50 mile races), taking Springs Fitness classes is a necessity because it gives me the opportunity to connect with other people. The encouragement, competition, and FUN that happens during classes is unique and motivating! I love my 4:15 family!"

Kids: 1 (Age: 4) # of SF Classes: 4-5 per week "For me, Springs Fitness workouts keep me excited to keep coming back. It’s not the same class over and over and I’m not good at just going to the gym and working out on my own. And to Springs Fitness, it’s the people....I love the coaches and everyone I work out with. They all push me to do better and in general are just a really great group of people. And why 5am? With my work schedule and daughter, it’s the only time I can commit to, and I deserve that me time!"

Kids: 1 (Ages: 6) # of SF Classes: 3-4 per week "Making time to come to SF is how I make time for myself. Self-care is important to me and I’ve ignored it far too long. A few months ago I decided to refocus on what’s truly important in life and it all starts with me being healthy; spiritually, emotionally and physically. I jumped into Springs Fitness and have been learning SO much and loving it!"
